Program Cost
The program fee is $3,899 and it includes New York-Amman roundtrip airline tickets, transportation to Irbid from Amman airport upon arrival and back to Amman upon departure, tuition for 8 credits, transcript fees (if applicable), double-occupancy housing, and cultural excursions.
In addition, students are responsible for a non-refundable fee and cost of such items as domestic roundtrip tickets to New York, passport fees, ISIC card, visa, food, texts, hotel while on excursion, entry fees to attraction sites, personal gifts, and other incidentals.

Refund Policy
To qualify for any refund, a withdrawal must be sent in writing (a date/time-stamped e-mail message will be accepted). The qualifying amount will be subject to the following guidelines:
1. An applicant is an "officially registered participant" upon his or her "notification of acceptance" into the program via an e-mail message. Our records of such communication shall be the sole basis in case of any dispute.
2. A participant withdrawing from the program before February 15, 2009 will be refunded any amount paid minus $100 (application processing fee).
3. A participant withdrawing from the program between February 15 and April 15, 2009 will be refunded any amount paid minus $600 (application processing fee plus $500).
4. A participant withdrawing from the program between April 16 and April 30, 2009 will be refunded any amount paid minus $1100 (application processing fee plus $1000).
5. A participant withdrawing from the program on or after May 1, 2009 will forfeit the full amount paid.
Scholarships
We do not offer any scholarships at this time. We, however, make certain that our programs are very competitive and affordable. Also, we encourage applicants to our programs to talk to their home institution's financial aid office for advice on scholarships and loans.
