Application Process

  1. Fill out the Application Form.
  2. Print it.
  3. Sign & Date it.
  4. Attach to the application a check in the amount of $100 (non-refundable processing fee), payable to: Petra Crown Academics, LLC.
  5. Mail the completed form and check to:

We will review your application within 48 hours and contact you about our decision and give you further instructions for the next steps.

Once accepted into the program, you will be asked to fill out a Course Selection Form.
