Application Process

  1. Fill out the Application Form.
  2. Print it.
  3. Sign & Date it.
  4. Attach a recent academic transcript. If your GPA does not meet our requirements, please also attach an explanation statement as well as a letter of recommendation from your academic advisor.
  5. Attach, also, a check in the amount of $300 (deposit), payable to: Petra Crown Academics, LLC.
  6. Mail the completed form, transcript & (if necessary) supporting documents, and the check to:
